Snapshot at the Fuchs Lubricants team

TFG Group is proud to announce we have completed over 15,000 hours MTI and LTI free at the Fuchs Lubricants greenfield site in Beresfield, Newcastle, New South Wales.

Paul Armstrong and the team have successfully installed 55 tanks and close to 8 kilometres of stainless steel pipework. TFG is pleased to be the lead contractor on the successful mechanical installation at the Fuchs Flagship Factory.

A Little Creatures History

From an old crocodile farm to becoming one of Australia’s most respected craft beers – see where it all started for Little Creatures 16 years ago. TFG Group are proud to be a part of the iconic Little Creatures and Lion journey across Australia, as the mechanical installation company for the breweries in Fremantle, Western Australia and Geelong, Victoria.

Mates Look Out for Mates

TFG Group are celebrating 500 days LTI/MTI free on our current project at a Dairy Processing Facility in Wetherill Park. Together with all project teams, we have ensured safety is our number one priority and have assessed and controlled all risks using Safe Systems of Work Processes (permits) and looking out for mates.

With approximately 8 months left for Project Ninja, TFG Group are determined to keep up the safety focus and are committed to leaving behind a high quality factor.

Get your “Frock” on…

Dressing up has never been more fun – or so good for your health.

Frocktober is a campaign which runs each year in October to bring awareness and raise money for Ovarian Cancer Research. This creates opportunities for vital research and assists in funding the development of an early detection test that is non-invasive, cost effective and can be performed as a regular health check.

The TFG Team has raised funds and awareness in our donation to the “Walk for all Women” an initiative close to our hearts, culminating last Friday in the “Frocktober” campaign. Our people wore bright and frivolous frocks to work whilst enjoying a BBQ. This allowed space and time to promote awareness around Ovarian Cancer.

As part of TFG Groups vision we place great worth on our collective and individual acts of “Service” to our community and philanthropic endeavors.

“The question is not what you look at, but what you see….”

Walt Disney was once fired by a newspaper editor because he “lacked imagination and had no good ideas…”

Oprah Winfrey, the media proprietor and philanthropist was dismissed from her first job as a television reporter because she was “unfit for TV…”

Michael Jordan, the man lauded as the best basketball player of all time was cut from his high school basketball team…

Elvis Presley, one of the best-selling artists of all time in 1954, when he was a fledgling singer, was told after a performance “ you aint going nowhere son. You ought to go back to driving a truck…”

And Henry Ford, known for his innovative assembly line, became the most successful car manufacturer in the world. He looked at every aspect of his business to achieve his grand vision: product, process and people. His product vision was based on interchangeable parts that fitted together every time, didn’t break down as you used it and were so cheap to build that everyone could afford it.

What do all these people have in common?

They had a VISION!!!

They had a deep belief in themselves that transcended all setbacks and negativity.

They saw the big picture and moved forward authentically toward their vision bravely.

They chose perseverance and happiness daily as their vehicle and inspired others on their journey with their leadership.

TFG Group has developed a new vision and a set of values to live by in our daily lives.

What is your vision? Your Why? Why do you get out of bed every morning? What is your true north?
