TFG Group were awarded a contract to fabricate a stainless steel water tank 4.0m diameter and 3.5m height. The 44,000L tank replaced an existing floc water tank in the fines plant at the Paraburdoo site.
With a tight delivery schedule, TFG Group were cognisant of the critical quality requirements throughout the fabrication process.
Extensive MDR and ITP requirements were maintained throughout the fabrication process ensuring all specifications and quality requirements were achieved.
TFG’s competitively priced and timely quotation enabled the QA documentation to be lodged on contract award allowing fabrication to proceed immediately. The stainless steel tank was designed, fabricated, tested and delivered to site with zero cost overruns and zero safety incidents.
