As part of South Australia’s West End Brewery redevelopment, TFG Group was engaged to fabricate a stainless steel tank canopy for a water treatment tank at the Thebarton site.

TFG arranged for design and certification of the canopy to ensure its safety and ease of installation. The 14 metre diameter canopy was manufactured in Perth in triangular quadrants so that it could be disassembled for ease of delivery. The TFG installation team delivered and installed the canopy on site.

During the installation of the canopy, the client also requested that we assist with designing and installing an odour elimination system to the tank’s pipe work.  This was predominantly due to some complaints received in the local area. 

TFG were happy to oblige, designing an activated carbon filtration system through a 300mm extraction pipe that succeeded in eliminating 97% of odours.
