  ICONIC BREWERY UPGRADE Over a five month period in 2006, Foodline Projects were entrusted to install a new brewhouse and fermentation cellar for Little Creatures in Fremantle, Western Australia. The new 200 hectolitre brewhouse replaced the existing 50 hectolitre operation while trading continued as normal. Grade 304 & 316 stainless steel was used for its high levels of sanitation, contamination and corrosion resistance and low maintenance requirements. MECHANICAL INSTALLATION Foodline’s specialised team of fabricators, welders and fitters installed; · 25 vessels · 5kms of stainless steel pipework · Heat exchangers · Over 3,000 individual fittings and valves BROWNFIELD SUCCESS The project was carried out with the old brewery, bar and restaurant sandwiched between the new brewery and fermentation cellar. Not one hour of trading time was lost during the installation with any cross over work done at night to ensure there was no interruption to normal trading.
