TFG Group have completed three separate packages to increase the efficiency of the Bundaberg Brewed Drinks facility in Bundaberg, Brisbane. The fabrication and installation of a four loop CIP system, syrup capacity upgrade which included the installation of three syrup holding tanks to upgrade the existing facility and a can filling line. This upgrade will allow Bundaberg to continue to deliver premium beverages in a more efficient timeframe.

TFG designed and provided 3D drawings for this specialised upgrade; ensured there was minimal disruption to the existing plant production; fabricated the new systems offsite; modified and removed existing systems; installed the new CIP, syrup tanks and piping for the can filling line; traffic management included closing roads surrounding the plant and managing traffic flow; management of roof removal including monitoring cranes and transport and connected existing plant with tie-in points.

This project was completed using orbital welding and 316 Stainless Steel. The installation was achieved with minimal downtime and achieved impeccable safety throughout this project with no LTI’s or MTI’s.
