TFG Group were engaged by Carlton & United Breweries to install a 10 hectolitre, two vessel brewhouse at 4 Pines Welcome to Brunswick brewery. This consisted of a mash tun/wort kettle, lauter tun/whirlpool and hot water tank, eight fermenters and two bright beer tanks, along with four dispensing tanks. We also installed and piped up all the utilities/services.   

TFG are proud to have successfully completed the first Caspary brewhouse installation in Australia. Caspary has combined German brewing skills with innovative, future-orientated, state-of-the-art brewing equipment that produces individual beers of the very best quality. For over 200 years Caspary has ranked among the leading manufacturers of breweries in the world.  

TFG ensured hospitality did not experience any downtime, whilst working amongst other trades. This made the project more challenging but managed to complete the appealing mechanical installation within the five-month timeframe. 

Welcome to Brunswick – the suburb’s biggest beer garden launched at the end of November 2019, the brewhouse following in January 2020, with all efforts attending to sustainability and benefiting the environment.
