OZwater 2019

Justin and Tom represented TFG at the OZwater’19 in Melbourne this week.

“There is plenty of water in the universe without life, but nowhere is there life without water.” -Sylvia A Earle.

They were two out of thousands of water professionals from across Australia and internationally who gathered in one of the most liveable cities to share ideas on the future of water in Australia.

The Dukes Set Off !!

Estimated Departure Time: TODAY!!!

We wish the boys in the “General Swede” safe travels and we trust that unlike the original “Dukes of Hazard” that the “Dukes of Haphazard”, aka Ryan and Webby, do NOT end up surrounded by the boys in blue and attempting a hair raising escape!!!

Go well and drive safe guys. We know you will raise the funds and maybe a few eyebrows along the way too!

The Shitbox Challenge 2019

TFG is super proud to support these two amazing humans Ryan Chandler and Damien Webster.
They will rally their $1000 car across some of Australia’s most formidable roads, all in the name of Charity – The Cancer Council.
The “General Swede” a 1992 Volvo ( at least she’s safe!!) will drive from Perth to Uluru and then onto Sydney. TFG has donated some tyres and funds to help the lads make the distance.
God’s Speed Boys.
Please donate below, for a great cause and we will keep you updated on their massive journey.

We Make a Life by What We Give…

Volunteering and acts or service is proven to be good for your health and happiness. Studies have shown people who volunteer live longer !

Some of the TFG Austline team have been busy volunteering their time after work and on the weekends to fabricate and install a ramp for the Disabled Water Ski Association located at McCallum Park in Victoria Park. It is now possible for the water-skiers to safely get to the jetty so they can ski on the Swan River.

The boys chose to be involved with the project and built an Aluminium ramp that was 9 metres long and 1.5 meters wide, complete with FRP grating. The install was fun in the wild weather and although the project was rather a large one, the TFG lads showed with  big hearts, we can all make a difference if we work together.

Thanks to the team for really living our TFG core values of building relationships and experiences that exceed expectations. You make us all proud.

Is there something in your local community you can volunteer your time and energy towards? Jump on board and find a worthy cause.

After all living longer has to be a good thing !

ASSDA Awards TFG Fabricator of the Year

A small but very important part of the TFG team are celebrating an amazing achievement for our Company on the Gold Coast at the @ASSDA Awards evening. Paul, Tom, Justin and Damien were present to accept this award on behalf of the TFG team near and far.

TFG were awarded the Australian Fabricators of the year for the project at Fuchs Lubricants in NSW. Furphy’s were proudly involved in this project also and we congratulate them on sharing this honour.

It makes us really proud to operate successfully in an industry that values and recognises quality stainless steel fabrication, and it is a tribute to the high standard of stainless steel design and fabrication in Australia. Thanks to ASSDA and all the nominated companies.
